Our designer will guide you through an interactive(hands on) and fun process that will end with a complementary mock table so you can see and feel beautiful creation in person. Yes, we take care of our decor setup and breakdown. Though we are decor inclusive we encourage you to integrate to the decor anything personalized that would make your special event even more meaningful. Ceremonies

Our ceremony space is suitable for any type of event. Whether you are celebrating blossoming into adulthood (quinces and sweet 16 ) or tying the knot with your best friend, it is strategically decorated in tasteful white drapes with neutral decor signifying the purity of the celebration. As well as allowing the space to be transformed in order to meet your vision. Our stunning four piece 3-D floral backdrops and floral arch at the entrance of the ceremony definitely makes this space everything you could ever imagine. 

Cocktail Space

Your guests will be impressed from the second they step into the venue with our welcome marble wall in white and grey tones matching our oversized bar adorned with mirrors, cocktails tables including small centerpieces complementing your color scheme of choice. As part of your package, we provide you with a bartender, glassware, ice, bar essentials, a champagne tower setup for toasts, management of appetizers using an appetizer table or butler passed hors’ d oeuvres. Most importantly you get to bring your own alcohol inventory saving you literally thousands of dollars.

Reception

The spacious reception can accommodate up to 300 guests seated with dance floor. The space is strategically designed to make the light up stage with a crystal sweetheart table and white throne chairs, elegant draped backdrop, hanging upside down crystal chandelier cake swing, gift table, and dance floor with an oversized chandelier be the center of attention of all your guests, to easily capture their attention. Our spectacular rectangular mirrored tables romantically reflect the lighting from the chandeliers and candles making the space feel welcoming yet very pristine. A wall with huge mirrors divides the reception from the buffet area and kitchen. Take a step through the glass doors from the  reception into the secret garden to enjoy a little  quiet, take a breath of fresh air, or simply continue to make unforgettable memories by taking pictures in such charming space.

Banquet manager and banquet staff

A dedicated banquet manager arrives two hours prior to your event start time to ensure every single detail is in order and to welcome your vendors for set up. The banquet managers main task is to ensure a stress free and flawless event. The banquet staff takes care of picking up dirty china, refill water goblets, manage appetizers and food serving buffet style if you choose our Food Manager Services, clean tables and all areas of the venue throughout the night.

Bartender

The cost of an open bar at any large event is one of the most stressful details when planning a successful event. As we all have budgets and we understand the importance of keeping the cost at or below the set budget.  At LeVenue, you have the convenience and luxury of providing your own top shelf alcohol at cost, non alcoholic beverages to save hundreds if not thousands. You get to decide how complex or simple you want your bar to be. From a mimosa and bloody mary bar, his and hers signature drinks, complex cocktail menus, or simply provide our bartender with an inventory of your choice. ​The bartender is also responsible for providing consumption control to insure the safety of your guests, chilling and managing all beverages at the bar and keeping track of the left over sealed inventory for you to take home at the end of your event.

Formal Chinaware & Stemware

LeVenue provides you with a three piece chinaware, flatware, water goblets, champagne flutes, wine glasses, and cocktail glasses. We take care of the small details allowing you to focus your attention on what matters the most.

VIP suite and private changing room 

Looking for a beautiful space to get ready and take before pictures? LeVenue allows our guests of honor to arrive two full hours prior to the event start time as a courtesy. 

Our fully furnished and beautifully decorated VIP suit is located in the far end of the reception room with a private bathroom, mirror glass vanity, and accent wall to display your gown of choice making this the perfect space for getting ready pictures. 

Our private changing room is conveniently located directly behind the bar. The space is tastefully designed with an accent chair, large mirror, and blazer hanger. 

Banquet Event Order and Rehearsal 

Rehearsing before a big event is vital. It gives everyone a good idea of where to be and what to do. A full hour will be reserved for you. Unless you have a “Day of Event Coordinator” with us, you will be fully responsible for guiding your rehearsal. 

Banquet Event Order (BEO): Your BEO is reviewed one last time to ensure we have all the details for a  successful event.
